Congratulations to poker blogger GoldenHammer, winner of the Bodog Blogger Tournament of Champions!
GoldenHammer will be joining Team Bodog from Japan to play in the 2008 WSOP* Main Event starting July 3rd.
Final TOC Winners and Payouts
1. GoldenHammer - $12,000 WSOP* Prize Package
2. ScottMC - T$540 (enough for two WSOP Main Event semifinal buy-ins)
3. Emptyman - T$379 (enough for a WSOP semifinal and a $100,000 Guaranteed buy-in)
4. MiamiDon - T$270 (enough for one WSOP semifinal buy-in)
5. Cbags - T$109 (enough to buy-in to the $100,000 Guaranteed)
GoldenHammer held a 2-1 chip lead over poker blogger ScottMC going into the final hand. ScottMC then picked up an A-9o in the BB and shoved it all in pre-flop.
GoldenHammer then tanked before calling off almost half his stack with an A-6o. The Poker Gods were unkind to poker blogger ScottMC and GoldenHammer scooped up the pot hitting a runner-runner flush.
Bodog would like to thank all the poker bloggers who participated in the Bodog blogger tournament series. It has been a pleasure to host a group who have brought such character to the game of online poker.

45 players turned out to fight for a spot in the Bodog Blogger Tournament of Champions.
Play was tight early into the night and then finally loosened up after the 1st break. Several players straddled the bubble of the top 18 players in this series while attempting to also collect a bounty of T$270 placed on the head of the blogger tournament host, $mokkee.

With the bounty on his head, $mokkee fought his way through to the final table sitting on nice stack. He made it into the top 5 payouts and doubled up through Bayne_S, who tried to crack $mokkee's QQ with a 6-9 off suit.
It then became a 3-handed game, where MiamiDon took a shot at knocking $mokkee out with a K9 sOOted. $mokkee then open shoved every hand into wilwonka.
wilwonka finally called with KJo, but $mokkee's monster Q5 sOOted hit the river and a well deserved victory went to our tournament series host who now sits comfortably in 2nd place on the tournament leaderboard.
Not only does $mokkee take home this week's first place winnings, but the T$270 bounty as well! GG $mokkee!

With only one more tournament left to play before the Tournament of Champions on Tuesday June 10th, this week's blogger tournament was a donkey pushing race to valuable TOC points.
The poker blogger who takes 1rst place in the TOC on June 10th will win a $12,000 World Series of Poker* prize package and be a part of Team Bodog 2008 during the Main Event starting July 3rd in Las Vegas.

In the final hand played this week, ICrushBloggers sat with a 4-1 chip lead over pokerpeaker. He then limped in from the button with AJ0 and pokerpeaker min-raised with an AT0. ICrushBloggers then jammed all-in and pokerpeaker called off his remaining chips.
Neither player improved and ICrushBloggers took this victory with a JackAce moving him from 13th place on the poker tournament leaderboard into 3rd.

It was an intense battle of online poker at this Tuesday night's Bodog blogger donkfest!

1. KJTech - $164.00 + T$109
2. RecessRampage2 - $98.40 + T$109
3. APOSEC72 - $65.60 + T$109
4. Riggstad - $49.20 + T$109
5. Lightning36 - $32.80 + T$109
With 1rst place money and valuable TOC points on the line, Bodog poker bloggers KJTech and RecessRampage2 traded the chip lead several times in an epic 20 minute heads up battle for victory.
On the final hand, with a 2-1 chip lead, KJTech minraised from the button with As7s. RecessRampage2 then called with Ks4s. KJTech then minbet the flop (Js-2c-7d) after hitting middle pair.
RecessRampage2 then monkeyshoved all his chips and KJTech then called his bet. RecessRampage2 did not improve and KJTech took down 1st place moving him from 48th to 30th place on the tournament leaderboard.

Week 15 of the Bodog poker blogger tournament series was a night of bluffing and big pots! Bodog welcomes poker blogger AdMMM who joined us from Ireland this week. GG!

This week, Bodog poker bloggers Newinnov and J_Mathewson III went heads up in a showdown where each player started with equally large stacks, but Newinnov was quick to become the chip leader. The final hand came when Newinnov sat with a 5-1 chip lead and then jammed all-in from the button with a 6-6.
J_Mathewson III then called showing Ks-7s. NewinNov wins his 15th consecutive coinflip and continues to make the Bodog Blogger Tournament Series his personal playground securing his position at the top of the poker blogger tournament leaderboard.

40 donkeroos sat down to battle it out for valuable TOC leaderboard points in week 14 of the Bodog blogger online poker series.

This week's final hand came down to a showdown between Bodog poker bloggers ICrushBloggers and InstantTragedy, where ICrushBloggers raised from the small blind with an AhJh and InstantTragedy then jammed all-in with an Ac9h.
ICrushBloggers then insta-called his bet, flopped two pair and rivered a boat giving him the 1st place money this week and moving him into 10th place (from 24th) on the poker tournament leaderboard. InstantTragedy now also sits in 9th place while previously sitting at 20th.

Last night's tournament was a sure fire poker room 'donk-a-roo' classic. Bodog bloggers sat down to a night of monkey pushing donkfest.

In the final hand, we saw a showdown between bloggers Taddy and raisydaisy22. raisydaisy22 sat with 72k in chips while Taddy sat with 56k. Taddy then limped in from the button with 6-9 suited and raisydaisy22 checked her option with 3c-4s. The flop came 9d-3d-3d and raisydaisy22 bet out $1200.
Taddy then jammed all in and raisydaisy22 insta-called his bet. Taddy's luck ran dry putting him in 2nd place and making raisydaisy22 this week's Bodog blogger tourney champ moving her from 40th to the 23rd spot on the blogger tournament leader board.

Last night, special guests Bodog Poker Pros David Williams and Jean-Robert Bellande, joined the Blogger Tournament Series resulting in an eventful night of donkey warfare.

The final hand came down to a showdown between bloggers vin_nay and donkette, where donkette held a 4-1 chip advantage going in. vin_nay then jammed his short stack from the button with A-3o, and then donkette snap called with 9-9 and "BOOOM" it was all over baby giving donkette her first Bodog blogger victory and moving her to 18th place on the blogger tournament leaderboard.
Congratulations to Bodog blogger MondoGarage who claimed the $100 bounty on the head of Jean-Robert Bellande where MondoGarage raised 3.5x with JJ from middle position. It then folded around to Jean-Robert Bellande who limped from UTG with 78s, cold called.
The flop came 10-2-7. Jean-Robert Bellande bet out the pot. MondoGarage put Jean-Robert Bellande all-in and he called. Jean-Robert did not improve and then headed down to Bellagio's Fontana Lounge to mix it up with the "local talent".
Congratulations to Bodog blogger vin_nay who claimed the $100 bounty on the head of David Williams, where David Williams bet out 3.5x from middle position and the action then folded around to vin_nay who monkey pushed all in from the BB with K-6o. David then called with A-4o, but couldn't fade a King on the river.
